Fitness Programs

Our College has been providing expert education in health and wellbeing for over 25 years. Our fitness programs are fun, dynamic and with plenty of focus on ‘hands-on’ learning. Successful students receive qualifications that offer employment opportunities across the Australian fitness industry.

Massage Programs

Our massage programs are run in conjunction with our sister college – The NSW School of Massage. Qualifications will be awarded by this school. Students will train in a variety of massage modalities and clinical skills. Successful students gain national qualifications in massage therapy practice.

We are a registered training provider and deliver nationally recognised qualifications in fitness and massage. Graduate students will be able to register with leading industry associations in fitness and massage.
