What Can I Study?
The College has provided expert education in health and wellbeing for over 20 years. You can choose to study our fitness courses or massage therapy programs.
► Fitness Programs for 6 months or 18 months duration
► Massage Programs for 6 months or 18 months duration
► Combine Massage + Fitness for 12 months, 2 or 3 years
Course Details
Students have the choice from the following accredited programs and qualifications. You can select to study a single qualification OR you may choose to combine programs for a longer stay.
Certificate III in Fitness
- 26 week (20 weeks + holiday periods)
Certificate IV in Fitness
- 52 weeks (40 weeks + holiday periods)*
Certificate IV in Massage
- 26 weeks (20 weeks + holiday periods)
Diploma of Remedial Massage
- 52 weeks (40 weeks + holiday periods)*
Students can combine these courses for longer study durations

* These qualifications have pre-requisites. For example, the Diploma of Massage students will first complete the Certificate IV of Massage (26 weeks) for a total study duration of 78 weeks or they may apply for course credit for pre-requisite units. For the Certificate IV of Fitness students will first complete the Certificate III of Fitness (26 weeks) for a total study duration of 78 weeks or they may apply for course credit for pre-requisite units.
Fitness
Overview
Our fitness programs gives you the knowledge to train both individuals and small groups to reach their personal health and fitness goals.
The classes are fun and dynamic.
You will enjoy hands on lessons and regular training sessions held at local gyms and parks.
The programs aim to prepare you with skills and knowledge to work in a fitness centre and become a personal trainer in the fitness industry.
You will be able to operate your own personal training business as well as being a member of a larger organisation such as a gym or fitness centre.

Massage
Overview
Massage therapy treats the body holistically. Therapists aim to source physical discomfort back to its original cause.
Students will learn to become a qualified massage therapists. You will learn to help clients by manipulating muscle tissue to help increase blood flow and reduce tension which will aid repair, healing and create a general sense of health and wellbeing.
The focus of the program is “hands on” skills. Students will be learning and applying massage techniques most lessons. Supporting the practical lessons students also cover important theory modules such as human anatomy and clinic management skills.
